HEAT TREATING

Gem-Trim performs the majority of heat treating in house. Gem-Trim has four (4) heat treating ovens…two,  22” x 22” x 22” and two, 36” x 36” x 36” whereby heat treating is performed to qualified heat treat procedures. Specialty heat treating like malcomizing, nitriding or vacuum brazing, etc. is sourced out to qualified suppliers.

  • 1  – Quench Tank (45” L x 28” W  x 24” D)
